Oh Chris! This is absolutely beautiful and at the same time breaks my heart. I am going thru the same thing with my dad who’s also in a nursing home, with alzheimers, parkinsons disease and an amputated leg. When I was down there this summer for a visit I pulled out my camera and took pictures so that I can remember. Thank you for sharing this. I’m sure the family will love and cherish these memories!
